Our sparkling wine made to go with New England seafood and thus named after razor clams! This wine would be just at home on the beach as one-upping champaign for fine dining. The inspiration for this wine comes from the beautifully citrus-y frizzantes of Italy with the lees-made elegance of champaigns. It’s been a crowd pleaser from the start, but has only gotten better with age, and we can’t wait to release the reserve batch from the first vintage. Unfortunately, frost in Long Island meant no Chenin to work with in 2024, and we botched our attempt at trying to re-formulate it trying to produce it more cost-effectively (resulting in our funky new Basic Bubbles). Not to worry, we’ll be producing this again in 2026!
