The first vintage of this cuvée in the 2024 vintage is a bit different from our usual Savage wines that are co-fermented together from the start. This is actually a wine we had planned for 2026 originally, but then discovered various components we'd produced in 2024 that when combined would be quite similar to our vision for this label, so figured we'd get a jump start. There's something so fun to us about aromatic pink bubbles, i.e. a floral muscat/traminer + berry-y red and this is our take! Naturally named after our native cherry species--fruit known for its blossoms and pigmented drupes.
